Join Matthew Modine and Olympian Sharon Seagrave on a bike ride along the bike paths of Manhattan. MEET AT 10:00 AM, RIDE LEAVES AT 10:30 AM SHARP!
Want to participate but prefer to stride on your own two feet? Join MBT and celebrity supporters on a route around the East River Park. The first 100 people there will be fitted with MBT shoes (limited size availability) so they can experience the joys of proper movement. Fittings start at 10:00 AM, walk starts at 11:00AM SHARP!
Experience an exciting zero-emissions transportation alternative! Here is your chance to have fun navigating a Segway PT through an obstacle course – for free!
Bootcamp Republic is giving a warm-up bootcamp before the ride/walk. Bootcamp Republic is New York City’s largest outdoor fitness bootcamp company which offers 3-week “exercise hard and get results” bootcamps in a park or pier near you.
The clowns from Time’s Up! Bicycle Clown Brigade will be at the South Street Seaport at 3:30 pm. Time’s Up! will be providing bike mechanics for people with flat tires, or who just want to learn to fix their bikes.

Ooh, it seems RYN Shoes are no longer available in the UK, but they do seem to have a website here in the USA: I hope this helps.
Has anyone heard of RYN shoes that are really popular in Europe right now? … They look similar to MBTs but claim to have better stability and energy return. Plus as I can see a lot more style! What I really like about RYN is that they have a wide selection of sport high models with an air cushion for people like me who are looking for ultra workout & toning results. Does anyone know where I can buy RYN shoes in the United States?
