Ok, I am happy that they found the boy alive, but I am highly upset and disgusted about how much AIRTIME this story took throughout the whole afternoon, from 3pm through like 6:30pm it has been nothing but Trending Topics about #Balloonboy, CNN coverages, numerous blogs, newspapers/media coverage… Following a helium air balloon, where people believed that this little boy was inside all along, then 3.5 hours later, we come to find out the little boy was hiding in a cardboard box in the house’s basement.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
Why didn’t we check the house while we had other officials following the helium balloon?! I don’t know, but that would’ve been smart thing to do, in the meantime…
