Blogging Tips #5 – A Lil of Everything

Over the weekend I attended this really great blog conference here in NYC, WordCamp. It was my first time attending but definitively and hopefully not my last. I went through the Blogger track and even if you have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about, you should check out the following two posts: WCNY Part 1 & WCNY Part 2.

Some of you, including myself are not WordPress users, which is OK, Blogger is easier for those of us afraid of CSS and html stuff… But after attending this conference and meeting some really cool WordPress users/developers I am thinking on getting a WP page soon. But I will definitively Keep You Posted…
Until then, familiarize yourself with the Wordcamp posts there is some good stuff on how to increase traffic to your site (SEO/SEM), Choosing themes, Lifestreaming (if you are into that), your Site stats, and How to be a media slut.
