Wear This Wednesdays: Summer Skirts

This fashion guest post is brought to you by Nunu Fairville of NuNu Taught Me.

This summer, the legs have it. So grab your Nair, spray-on bronzers and baby oil gel, and take a look at NuNu’s must have skirts for the season.

Its forgiving yet girlish fit makes the full mini the ideal skirt for work or play. The great thing about this skirt is that you don’t have to be a svelte size 0 to wear it. Give it some kick by pairing it with a blazer or a cropped denim jacket.

Long, short, printed or basic, the accordion skirt is one of my favs. This recycled trend isn’t your grandmother’s skirt. (Or maybe it is). The conservative hemline and graceful ease of the accordion skirt is perfect for the workplace or for a Sunday afternoon brunch. Toss this one with a T-shirt, or a feminine blouse and you’re good to go.

The whole world’s gone tribal. Whether you’re red dot or feather, you too can get in on the tribal craze. Remember, the devil’s in the details. These sorts of prints offers a great opportunity to play with color. If you’re daring enough to go the extra yard, trying mixing prints as well.
