I’ve recently started reading this weight training book that I got through Need 2 Know Books. We all know, I love to try new workouts, here and there, and between going to the gym and working out at home, I like to read up on ways to stay healthy and improve my workouts. The Weight Training For Women – A Beginner’s Guide is a fantastic book for those of us that want to live a healthy, amazing lifestyle.

Pretty sure I don't have a favorite. I'm still trying to figure out a workout I don't hate passionately.

I like walking fast. I like cardio but I also hate it. you know how that goes :)

My favourite workout is step. These are great books, I've Just joined the gym again to help lose a few pounds, so 'Weight Loss – The Essential Guide' would be perfect for me :-)
