Staying in the Zone While Running

Tokyo Marathon 2014

I’ve recently did a guest post on Armpocket’s blog, about How To Stay in the Zone, while running. Long distance runners need a lot of motivation and mental push to stay focused and in the zone. The first couple of miles tend to be fun and exciting especially during a race, where everyone is cheering and clapping for you. Once you reach the halfway point, or anything above 13 miles, is where the really challenge begins, where you have to dig deep and focus.

Check out the tips I provided on my guest post, and share below what works for you when you need to push through 26.2 miles.
