MANHATTAN
The FDR Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic between Houston St. and 63rd Street from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m.
Spectator viewing along the FDR Drive is available from Houston to 42nd streets. Pedestrian access (including handicapped access) to the FDR will be at 23rd, 38th and 42nd streets.
The FDR will be closed to traffic from the Staten Island Ferry Terminal entrances ramps to the Pearl Street exit ramp.
Entrance to the drive is from the Pearl Street ramp only.
You can watch the fireworks from any area with a clear view of the sky south of the Brooklyn Bridge.
BROOKLYN AND QUEENS
You can watch the display from any point in Brooklyn or Queens where there is an unobstructed view of the East River below Roosevelt Island.
Good locations are Hunter’s Point, Queens and Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
