I love busy workout days. Especially those days when I thought I had a long draining day at work and no energy left to workout and somehow manage to fit in two 60 minute workouts.
Training for a marathon has made me realize how much energy I have, when I thought I had none left.
There are busy days when I’ll squeeze in a 3 mile run during lunch and a cycling class after work. Or if I don’t have time during lunch, I’ll do a short run and cycling class back to back, right after work.
Running and cycling takes a lot of energy and burns a lot of calories, one way I keep moving is by fueling my better, and carrying Vega Sport Protein Bars. The Vega sport Bars come in handy when rushing from one class to the next one and you barely have time to grab a meal. This bar has all that you need to keep you going:
“Give your muscles the protein they crave. Recharge and repair with Vega Sport Protein Bar post-workout, so you can do it all again, sooner. Non-GMO, gluten-free and made without artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners, enjoy Vega Sport Protein Bars in Chocolate Coconut, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Mint flavors.” (Vega Sport Protein Bar)
The Vega Sport products are amazing, and have helped me recover much faster during training. I also love their Performance Protein powder, you can read my review here.
Please note: A box of 12 bars of Chocolate Peanut Butter Vega Sport Protein Bars was provided by the Vega Team and SweatPink for this post.
