Long days some times called for a boost. As a part of my healthy lifestyle, I try to limit the amount of caffeine and energy drinks I put in my body. Very rare will you see me drinking an energy drink. I love coffee though, especially the smell of it, but caffeine not so much, because it gives me the jitters. I have not tried them before. I would like to try them as I am trying to find a way to get my caffeine for a energy boost but do it in a healthier and less jittery way.
I love their cherry limeade!!! Even my husband loves these and that says a lot!

i have tried the mama chia beverages and the one that i really like was the strawberry banana pouch and it was so delightful i got it as a free sample in a yoga session.
i have not tried it .a friend has and told me its really good so i would love to try this

I have never tried Mama Chia products before. I would love to try them because I have heard and read Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3, which is good for the heart and the brain, and contain powerful antioxidants and dietary fibers, as well as complete protein, calcium and magnesium. I have been Dick a lot lately and have pain all over my body. If I can change one thing this year it would be to get a little more healthier and fine that energy I use to have.
