I always carry someone’s groceries who is disabled.

I can’t name one specific thing but I always gave free meals to people who asked when I worked in a restaurant/
Not me, but my daughter. We pulled up to a drive-thru and the girl at the window lit up and told my daughter Lex hello and asked how she was. I asked lex later who that was and she said, “She’s a senior. She gets bullied a lot. On the bus on the way home, she sits in the back. I go and sit with her. She doesn’t like to talk, she is usually crying, so I text her. I text her that she looks nice. That her sweater is beautiful or that I like her eyes. Something nice.” And I just thought that for a fifteen year old, taht was so nice. I told my daughter that what she did was amazing. That she might just be the bright spot in her school day.

I would say dropping everything to help out a family member.
My best friend didn’t have money Christmas and I was able to give him money to buy his nieces and nephew presents. I’m not flowing in money and have a ton of student loan debt but he was so grateful.
I have given a homeless man in my town some boots, and clothing.
I paid the medical bills of a stranger in need.
Gave someone I didn’t know in front of me at our local convenience store enough money for their purchase
I helped out some friends when they couldn’t pay their rent.
I paid for someone’s food.
I bought a homeless man his Subway sandwich.
I can’t think of any one specific thing, but I try to help people whenever I can. My niece recently had a child and I set up a wishlist for her on Amazon and had a group of ladies I know help by buying her things she needed since she was in dire financial straits.
I gave someone money so that they could buy Christmas presents.
