Pregnancy Week 6

Long Weeks Ahead!

So these weeks feel longer and longer. This week has been tough, really bad nausea early in the morning. This week I decided that I would get up earlier, around 4:30am, eat something light (an Eggo waffle and one hard-boiled egg), drink ginger tea and take a nap until 6am to get ready for work. So far that has been working well and I’ve been able to control most of the nausea to keep me from vomiting or feeling sick (literally) to my stomach. I have also been using the Sea-Band Mama and either I, don’t have really bad morning sickness, or these bands are really working.
