Starting today, DVD Tuesday will no longer be “What To Netflix this Tuesday”*, due to the fact that Netflix no longer allows their subscriber to rent certain movies on the day they are release. Instead, Netflix has a contract with several movie companies where they make us wait 28 days before allowing us, (the subscriber) to rent those titles that came out 28 days ago. Beverly Hills Chihuahua was so much fun I actually don’t mind watching part 2. Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 seems to be loaded with more canine adventures that you and your family will enjoy. In Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, Papi, Chloe and the little ones teaches us about family, friendship & loyalty (yes even canine family), and how to stick together.
From director Robert Rodriguez (Grindhouse, Sin City) comes an action-packed, cutting-edge serving of carnage asada…with killer deleted scenes that deliver more guns, more girls and more Machete action! Set up, double-crossed and left for dead, Machete (Danny Trejo) is an ass-kicking ex-Federale who lays waste to anything that gets in his path.
Cast aside all notions of men in tights: Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood is decidedly earthier and more grown-up than most romps through Sherwood Forest. The presence of the over-40 Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett cinches the deal, lending a dose of worldliness to a project that means to be about the origins of the famous character, who in this incarnation was evidently a late bloomer.
