The holidays often bring a spate of sentimental new releases to get you in the Christmas spirit, but why blow your dough on crowded theaters and cholesterol-laden popcorn when you can see your favorites at home? If you’re looking for a good movie to pop in while you curl up under the blankets and enjoy a crackling fire, here are a few that will get you laughing and remind you what this season is all about.
The craziness that surrounds the holiday season (shopping and shipping and hosting, oh my!) can easily leave you too pooped to pop. For this year’s holiday cards, I’m thinking on using the following Shutterfly Holiday stationery. When I think of Naughty or Nice, I think of a devil and an angel. So I’ll customize it with my own photos of one of us wearing halloween devil horns and the other a halo.

Earlier this week I came up with the idea of being more giving this holiday season, and what better way than by doing a giveaway every Friday for 10 weeks. I am calling it #10Weeks B4Xmas! I know not everyone celebrates Christmas, so for everyone that doesn’t celebrate Christmas, think of it as #10WeeksB4Holidays.
It’s definitely not an easy task to buy a present for a father. The older they get the less likely it is that something will really strike them and make them happy even for a few minutes, unless you can afford spending a fortune. Fathers are in a sense aged kids who have became difficult to get enthusiastic about new things as they have tried pretty much what they could afford. Buying them a Ferrari or a liar Jet would definitely work and make them look like 10 year old boys again but it seems unlikely that anyone would afford anything like that.
