For the past couple of months I’ve been hearing about how good Korean Fried Chicken was and how I had to try it. I LOVE fried chicken so I was a bit skeptical until this weekend, when I gave Bon Chon Chicken a chance.
Somewhere on the West Side on 38th Street is one of the many NYC Bon Chon Chicken locations. There I got to try the Soy Garlic and the Spicy Soy Garlic mixed chicken (Wings & Drumsticks), along with a dinner roll and an order of Seasoned French Fries. I opened the box and never stopped eating until there was nothing but bones and crumbs left. I must say it was the BEST KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN ever, or so far.
Why is it so good?!
I’m not 100% sure how to describe the goodness in this chicken. From the golden color, to the first crispy bite and juicy white meat rich in soy garlic flavor, you’ll understand why it is sooo darn good.
