Bye Bye Dead Winter Skin – #10WeeksB4Xmas

Reminder: Giveaway is OPEN TO US RESIDENTS ONLY. Thanks!

Yum E’scentials Body Polish

Our body polish gently helps you “polish” away dead skin cells, revealing
softer & smoother skin.  Using a blend of sugars, sunflower oil & rice bran
oil as our base ingredients, it leaves your skin feeling soft & more hydrated
after use.  You’ll LOVE it!  Available in a hefty 16 oz. size. (Yum E’scentials Body Polish)

This winter I want you to love your skin. We all know how hard it is to keep our skin, silky smooth and moisturized. This week I tried this phenomenal product that will leave your skin begging for more, especially during the winter months. Yum Yum Body Polish rocked my skin! I’ve always wanted to try a body scrub at a spa, but with Yum Yum Body Polish you can bring the same experience home.

What exactly does a body polish/scrub does?!
A body polish/scrub gently exfoliates your skin, leaving it moisturized, smooth and touchable. The body polish feels and looks like granulated sugar mixed with natural oils all in a jar. When placed on the skin it starts off granulated while you scrub your body with shower glove, the granulated sugar and oil starts to disintegrate into your skin. When you think of sugar, you think of stickiness, well think again. Every time you scrub, the granulated sugar will remove dead skin off your body, leaving your skin silky smooth. It is hard to describe the experience, just know that you’ll be happy with the results.

For Week# 6, KMP Blog & Yum Yum Candle wants you to experience this body polish for yourself.
One lucky reader/commenter will win a Yum Yum Body Polish of your choice (retail value $17.99).
Have you ever tried a body scrub at home or spa? How would you describe your experience? Leave a comment.

The winner will be selected at random on Monday, November 22, 2010.

I've used a lot of body companies from different companies. Some good, some not so good. The perfect scrub sloughs off dead skin, while making it feel well moisturized and healthy looking. :)

I love using body scrub. I use it once a week and then apply a thick lotion.

Ive only bought body scrub once in my lifetime. It was Bath and Body Works brand and I LOVED it. It makes your skin so soft! I havent bought it since because of the hefty price, but I may start spoiling myself.

I've tried a few different body scrubs but I have yet to find one that I really like and is worth the money

I've tried a sugar scrub on my hands one. It was WONDERFUL. My hands were the softest ever after that. I've not had the opportunity to try any since, but would love to.

YES! We make our own exfoliating stuff at home. I use epsom salts, a little body wash, vegetable oil. It works well. :)

I have never tried body scrubs but they sound great especially for that dry winter skin.

I've never tried a body scrub in a spa, but I have at home. I like the soft skin feeling afterwards!

  13. Heather M

I make my own body scrub using Olive Oil and Sugar! It's great, I love it and it makes me feel so soft when I get out.

I love using body scrubs, they make your skin feel so soft and it looks radiant afterwards.

I've tried other body scrubs (as I'm a product junkie… need Rehab for my addiction.), but NEVER Yum Yum's. I have LOVED everything else of theirs I have tried (candles, diffusers, sprays, soap) so I know this, too would be GREAT. Scrubs are great, if not overused. ;-)

I hope I get this kit, because Jade and Alexa really need it. Specially Jade, her skin is soooo dry and sensitive, I spend tons $$$$ every winter!!!

I always have a jar of body scrub. I love using it on my hands as well – it makes it look like I just got a manicure.

OMG, In the winter, I am one big flake ball. I have used other brands of scrubs and they do seem to work well.

I have used body scrubs. As a chocolate sister, it is IMPERATIVE that i scrub to keep a healthy glow. I've used the Kuza apricot face and body scrub… it's really creAmy so even though it is scrubbing, it is putting back moisture on my skin.

That is the song of the season for me lol bye bye dead winter skin. I really have to be extra on top of my skin when this season makes way. Cold liver oil, creamy lotion and scrubs!

  21. Danielle

I love at home body scrubs! They leave you feeling soft and silky all over. You never realize how much you needed a good scrub until you've done it lol. And if it smells great…bonus :-)

  22. Brandi
