NYC Liquid Eyeliner, it’s one of the best of the drug store’s liquid liner that people don’t brag enough about it. It has a long longevity-up to ten hours, tested on my oily eyelids – and dry matte just like a gel eyeliner which doesn’t flake. So far this is my go-to everyday, liquid eyeliner.
