All Star Game-day festivities will kick off with a red-carpet parade in Midtown Manhattan broadcast live on Fox 5 before the game on July 15, 2008.
All-Stars, Hall-of-Famers and celebrities will enter the 2,000 foot red carpet at the corner of 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue and journey up to Central Park.
The parade route will be completely closed-off to traffic in honor of this event.

The parade will start at 1 p.m.
The route is as follows: North on 6th Ave from 40th St. to 58th St., East on 58th St. to Plaza St., North on Plaza St. into Central Park.
The parade is scheduled to end at 3 p.m.
Coverage of the All-Star Game begins at 8 p.m.
